Your Year in Productivity 2017

How much did you accomplish? When were you most productive? How did you stack up against other Todoisters?

2017 year in productivity

It’s that time of year again — a fresh start. A time to evaluate who you’ve been and decide who you want to become. And, yes, a time to humble brag a little about what you’ve accomplished. (You deserve it.)

To help you bid 2017 a proper farewell, we’ve put together your Annual Todoist Productivity Report. See how much you accomplished, discover when you were most productive, and share your stats with friends, family, and coworkers.

2017 has been a year of soul searching for us at Doist too. In June we launched Twist, a new team communication app, aimed at solving the problems our team experienced with real-time group chat. In the process, we had to go back to the drawing board and ask some fundamental questions: Who have we been as a company so far? Who do we want to be 5, 10, 50 years from now?

What we discovered talking to our community is that Todoist represents much more than a tool to be more productive. For millions of people around the globe, Todoist is a way to gain peace of mind in a hectic world. It’s a means of being more focused and present — in work and in life — because you aren’t worried about forgetting all the things you need to get done.

As a product and a company, we want to be the calm at the center of the storm — the place where people turn when they feel overwhelmed. To clear their minds of all the mental clutter. To identify a clear next step to focus on. And, ultimately, to regain a sense of control and balance amidst all the busyness and distractions of modern life. Every article we write, every email we send, and every product decision we make, centers on that goal.

We hope Todoist continues to bring a little more calm and balance to your life in 2018 and beyond.

Most sincerely,

The Doist Team
